Multifamily Dealmakers provides education and mentorship only. Nothing on this site or in the program is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and membership does not create an attorney-client relationship or include legal representation. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and membership is unrelated to investing in any Iron Street Capital offering. Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Member results described on this site are individual, are not typical, and are not a guarantee or prediction of any future result. Membership does not guarantee that any member will acquire a property.
No professional relationship
Using this website, submitting an application, purchasing a product or becoming a member does not create an attorney-client, advisory, fiduciary or broker relationship with Multifamily Dealmakers, Todd N. Robinson, Iron Street Capital or any coach. Membership does not include legal representation, and legal services are separate. Consult your own qualified advisors before making any investment, legal or tax decision.
Applications
Membership is by application. Submitting an application does not mean you have been accepted into the program, and scheduling a conversation with our team is not acceptance. Membership is offered only after both you and we determine it is a fit, and is governed by a separate written membership agreement provided during enrollment. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Results and testimonials
Testimonials and results described on this website reflect individual members’ own experiences and are reported as supplied. They are not typical and are not a guarantee or prediction of any outcome. Membership does not guarantee that you will acquire a property or achieve any financial result. Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including loss of capital.
Digital products
Digital products such as the Multifamily Investor Starter Kit are sold and delivered through our commerce provider. The purchase terms presented at checkout apply to those purchases. Buying a digital product is not required to apply to Multifamily Dealmakers.
Separate businesses
Multifamily Dealmakers and Iron Street Capital, LLC are separate businesses. References to Iron Street Capital describe the founder’s operating experience. Nothing on this website is an offer of, or a solicitation to invest in, any Iron Street Capital investment.
SMS text messaging terms
These terms apply to the Multifamily Dealmakers SMS program. Messages are sent by Multifamily Dealmakers.
Participation is optional
Text messaging is entirely optional. Providing a phone number does not, by itself, sign you up for text messages. You may submit an application, book a conversation or make a purchase without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Two separate types of messages
We ask for consent to each type of message separately. You may agree to one, both or neither.
- Application and appointment messages (transactional). If you opt in, we may text you about your application, follow-ups on your application or inquiries, scheduling of conversations or appointments, and appointment reminders.
- Promotional and marketing messages. If you separately opt in, we may send you recurring promotional and marketing text messages, including information about our programs, educational content, events and offers.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any text message for help. You can also reach us by replying HELP to any of our text messages.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided. If your number changes, please opt out from the old number.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number and SMS consent information. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information, and we do not share SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
Content on this website is owned by Multifamily Dealmakers or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website or the SMS program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
