This Privacy Policy explains how Multifamily Dealmakers (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information through this website, our application, our text messaging program and related services.
Our commitment

- We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent and opt-in information.
- We do not share SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information we collect
- Application information. When you apply, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, mobile phone number, location, profession, investing experience, capital range, goals, timeline and other answers on the form.
- Phone number. We collect your mobile phone number so we can contact you about your application. Providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll you in text messages.
- SMS consent records. If you choose to opt in to text messages, we record which type of messages you agreed to (application and appointment messages, promotional and marketing messages, or both), the date and time, the page where you opted in and the version of the consent wording you saw. We also record opt-outs.
- Scheduling information. If you book a conversation, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, phone number and preferred time.
- Purchase information. Digital products are sold through our commerce provider, which processes payment. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.
- Attribution information. With an application we record the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To review your application and contact you about it by email or phone.
- To send text messages only of the type(s) you have opted in to, and to honor opt-outs.
- To schedule and remind you of conversations or appointments.
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can reply STOP to any text message.
- To deliver products you purchase.
- To operate, secure and improve this website, and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
Text messaging is optional and requires your separate, affirmative consent for each type of message. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used only to provide the messaging you requested and to keep records of your consent and opt-outs. They are not sold, and SMS consent information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that send messages or host our customer records on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and messaging providers, may process this information only to provide those services to us. When we disclose information
We disclose personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, communications and text messaging, scheduling, and payment and commerce. They may use the information only to provide services to us, not for their own marketing.
- Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, where the information would remain subject to the commitments in this policy.
- Legal requirements, when required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement or government authorities, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.

Retention
We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your application and for our legitimate business records. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to honor your choices and to document compliance. We then delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Your information: you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop contacting you.
Children
This website and our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
